Cinnamon-Espresso Cookies

These cookies combine the spiced sweetness of cinnamon, the chewiness of a classic oatmeal cookie, and the satisfying bite of espresso. Top that with chocolate and you’ve got the perfect cookie.
We LOVE the recipes from Naturally Sweet Kitchen. The method is easy to follow, the results are always delicious, and they only contain natural unprocessed sweeteners. What could be better?

Here, we added our Lattecino Buzz granola to the cookies right after drizzling the chocolate, but you could also use Shangri La for some extra cinnamon yumminess.
